Special issues

Selected papers will be invited to submit an extended full paper for peer-reviewed publication in special issues on different journals, including Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry (ACS) and Oeno One (IVES). We would like to remind that the Conference papers to become Journal Manuscripts will  be those presenting unpublished, new material, and they will be reviewed according to the Journal policy.

All abstracts will be published with Open Access on IVES Conference Series portal.


IVES Conference series is a grape and wine online Open Access portal for sharing scientific knowledge, results and data presented during high-level international scientific conferences. High-quality output is freely available, such as abstracts, full-text articles, posters, live sessions, videos and podcasts.

This is a continuation of the partnership already in place for the previous edition of IVAS. See the proceedings here OENO IVAS2019 .

logo oeno-onePapers can also be published in a special issue of either OENO One vine and wine Open Access Journal or the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry .

The deadline for submission to either of these journals is 31 October 2022. Submitted papers will go through the normal review process for these journals.

Papers can be published in a Special Issue of OENO One, a grape and wine Open Access journal.

When you submit your abstract, you will be asked if you want to publish your paper in a Special Issue and if you have a preference for OENO One. Selected authors will then be invited by OENO One to submit a paper. Each paper will follow the usual review process of OENO One. The deadline for paper submission is 31 October 2022 (more info on https://oeno-one.eu)

  • The Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry publishes high-quality, cutting edge original research representing complete studies and research advances dealing with the chemistry and biochemistry of agriculture and food. The Journal also encourages papers with chemistry and/or biochemistry as a major component combined with biological/sensory/nutritional/toxicological evaluation related to agriculture and/or food.
